Buying a house has many confusing aspects and is sometimes a difficult emotional experience and lifestyle change as it was for me. Lisa LeBlanc was excellent help in selling our deceased sister's house. Both of us had not worked with any property sales or transfers for over 40 years and did not know what we were doing. Lisa came highly recommended by the Wealth Management person at TCU and she certainly was everthing we needed. She was always prompt with communication. She carefully explained each step. She made great suggestions when we were less knowledgeable or confused. She went over all of the paper work carefully so we understood what each thing was. Everything was clear and above board. When all was done, we felt confident that Lisa had arranged the best deal we could have expected. Her expertise made the house sell quickly at a time near holiday and rising interest rates when we had thought the sale might linger until much later. She is easy to work with, is confident, and is excellent at her job. We highly recommend her.
