Larry went above and beyond for my family. Larry was a phone call away day or night and ALWAYS answered. He was an incredible agent, Larry went above and beyond to make sure I understood the paperwork that I was signing even when it was paperwork that he did not need to explain because it came from an outside source when closing started. I previously had a terrible experience with another realtor company and Larry simply made all the worries I had fade. He was very flexible with my hours and helping my family view homes that we thought may be suitable with me being a trauma nurse at the hospital my hours were some days very unreasonable yet Larry again went above and beyond to make sure that my family's needs were met. I have never been so thankful for someone that made this whole entire process that to me was extremely scary, so smooth. Larry stayed on top of things for me when it came to the bank and was an extra hand with multiple things I needed even after closing date. Larry is much more than a realor to my family, he has become a staple go to person for my family and we daily boast about how wonderful our realtor was and continually send people his way. Larry did an outstanding job, I could never be more grateful. We love Larry and still keep in contact to this day. I will always send work to him, he took the best care of my family and I and I could never be more grateful. One of the nicest people I've met in my life. Genuine, honest, friendly, trustworthy, very hard worker. In my opinion Larry is a key element to a great figure for a company. He's an outstanding man. Excellent didn't even come close to how wonderful Larry was. He was much more to us than that. We will forever be grateful. I will be sure to send as much work to Larry. We called Doug Birkey when we first saw a home on Zillow that he had listed. We were totally impressed with Doug's expertise, willingness to spend the time with our questions, and his quick responses. On our first call from out of state he explained the costs and benefits of geothermal heating and it was like answering a question I did not know to ask. We did much communication long distance and Doug made the effort to accommodate that. For example he met our daughters for a "walk through" where we FaceTimed to see a home we were interested in. We also found his winning personality and long time experience in home sales generating our genuine trust in him. Doug was professional and great with follow through. For a few examples, he researched information on some of our property questions, and when he was not available to show us a home he arranged for another agent to meet with us, and he also helped facilitate a long distance closing. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others needing an agent! Outstanding!
