One realtor ghosted us so we walked into the office and were greeted by Denver who from day one listened to what we needed and that we needed it done rather quickly and Denver showed us the home we were interested in and we loved it. From the day we put in the offer until it closed Denver never failed to answer a question or find a solution. He is truly a wonderful person and very good at the job he does . He will be the only one I would go to in the future. He was a God send and thanks to him we had a very wonderful Christmas holiday and are now enjoying our forever home ? To begin with this was my FIRST TIME HOME PURCHASE. The first agent I was paird with, Alex Jeffries from century 21 affiliated, was HORRIBLE. I will stop there about him in regards that I have a lot to say about Tania. When I was first paird with her she called me and let us know who she was she asked us about what kinds of homes we wanted and got to it. Because I am active duty military it was CRITICAL that she helped us find the right home because we couldn't be present for viewing. she understood that important factor completely. Tania was verry knowledgeable on home damages and things we wanted to stay away from. She did not put us into any homes she saw unfit and she would FaceTime us to show us details of homes. Tania was ALWAYS a here for us. Never missed a phone call and always called us if she had info. This does not give me enough space to write but if I could say a lot more I would. Tania found our perfect home and we are 100% happy with her and appreciative of all her time
